I ordered the Osetra Gold half a pound. Greg was very good at explaining the difference in quality and how rare this caviar is and that they get a limited amount each time. I got some for New Years and for the first time in 20 years, I finally tasted the finest quality I ever had, and it took be back to the days when I was a kid in Russia when my mom has me try it for the first time. Good memories, and days I will never forget.
New Years was very special for my family, wife and friends. My friend was promoted to VP of an archetuctural firm, and the Osetra gold caviar was just right for the occasion. We grilled some fish and meat under the New Years rain, had a bottle of don, and tipped the night of with amazing black caviar.
